Al-Majd Consulting Engineering is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead structural design projects, provide technical expertise, and ensure that all projects meet our high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and manage structural designs for various projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Perform detailed structural calculations and analysis to ensure safety and compliance with local codes and standards.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during the construction phase.
• Lead a team of junior engineers and provide mentorship to enhance team capabilities.
• Prepare and review technical reports, project documentation, and proposals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven experience in structural design, analysis, and project management.
• Proficiency in structural engineering software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro).
• Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and international standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
